the only other gi i'd ever buy is a fushida.
their sizing basically makes their gi's a custom fit.
but i don't have one yet myself, but heard very good things.
i do have 3 padilla's though, 2 golds and a hybrid.
love love love my golds.
loved my hybrid but it kinda kept shrinking on me. now i feel like i stole a kids gi in it, so it just hangs in the closet.
go for the gold!
Sounds good. It's gonna replace my Atama Golden Weave.
I'm gonna order one next week.

Spartan. $99, the best customer service you can ask for, you can mix and match sizes for the jacket and pants, and if the fit isn't perfect after you wash it (and before you start wearing it) they will let you exchange it for a different size. They are also super comfortable and still very well made and durable. You can't beat them, imo.
I had one Padilla and Sons and I didn't like it at all. The sizing wasn't good for me, and the gi was kind of rough and felt cheap to me. I've heard others that love them though so I can just give my opinion on the one I bought.
HCK are awesome and built to last. I have a couple of them that I have been wearing for years and they are still in great shape. Good price and great customer service as well. Not sure about the new HCK light since it seems to be the opposite of what I like so much about them but I would give one a try.

I just got a Live Love Fight Gi the Glory Model. And it is a very nice gi. I found it online for $99 bucks, comes with two pairs of pants too. I'll be doing a review on it soon.
