Need help/ advice.

After sparring today, I'm pretty sure I've sprained my ribs. I've done this before will rolling, and was able to sit out and let them heal. 

Im supposed to have my first amateur boxing bout in less than a month and I'm looking for any guidance/ tips to help get past it. I know it's a waiting game with rib injuries, but I'm worried they'll pull me and everything I've done was for nothing. 

I had an injury before but, I think it could have also been a bruised liver. I brought it on myself, got too cocky. Got stuck I the corner and was leaning to my left. My mate put everything into his left hook which smashed into my liver/ribs. That was sore for over a month, I’d be laying down and move a certain way then, errrgh a relapse of pain
