Need MT fighter 4 Friday-Memphis

We are in need of a fighter weighing anywhere between 135 lbs. - 150 lbs. for an Amateur Muay Thai match for this Friday, May 11th in Memphis, TN.

The show is called Fight Night and is being held at Cactus Jack's.

Rules:
- No knees to the head (body OK)
- No elbows
- No headgear
- No shin protection
- 3 x 2 min. rds.
- 10 oz. gloves

Would that still be considered an amateur bout in the US? I thought that ammy's had to wear headgear & shinpads.
