Central Coast Academy - Tuesday and Thursday 6:15 to 7:30pm

Newcastle Academy - Monday and Wednesday 6:00 to 7:30pm, and open mat (sparring) on Fridays from 6:00pm

Interesting questions Ben, my friend.

I am half Brasilian (by marriage). I'm more proud of my Brasilian heritage, but still acknowledge Australia as my birth country.

As for your second question I wouldn't get too caught up in the maths of it, just be as Brasilian as you can be.

As I've said in the past - being Brasilian is a journey, not a destination.
