New Breed Chicago

Going to Chicago next week for about 5 days and I'm trying to hit a couple days at your academy.

Do you guys allow visitors to come have a good time for a few days? Phone Post

ttt. Mark Vives is an awesome instructor and probably the only sane Vives among the 3 brothers.

I'll be there July 4-8. I usually roll Thursday and Saturday at my gym and I don't want to miss anytime. Especially the new breed guy I see them a lot at tournaments and have talked to a few. Phone Post

solid, are you looking at day or night classes?

thursday night 6-8 is a comp class and since we are a couple months out from the chicago open, mark is really pushing everyone (be ready to sweat and work hard if you show up for this class, i'm usually at this class)

there is a fundamentals class 5-6:30, was well as a intermediate class at 8-9:30 i think.

There are day classes that get a good turn out as well. but i'm a working stiff so I have no idea what time those are at.

schedule can be found here:

saturday there is a morning class 10-11:30, then open mat that gets a great turn out and that runs 11:30-1 or 2.

I wasn't to sure what times I was going to hit it I was more than likely going to be at the mercy of my wife's attention span.

I might be able to pull off an afternoon class but that Saturday open may is sounding awesome. Phone Post

nice, hope to see you next saturday

If i am there I'll have an Atama gi on with American and brazil flag on the shoulders. Hand tattoos, shaved head. Phone Post
