Great interview. Unfortunately though, Forrest says he won't be fighting until April due to the shoulder surgery.

I also found it interesting that Forrest says he tossed his name in the hat for being one of the next TUF coaches. If it turns out to be him and Rampage, that would make for a hilarious season.
