I have been watching his Deep Half DVDs all Christmas weekend and they are AMAZING! Definitely my favorite DVDs and instructionals right now. Very systematic and Ryan explains EVERYTHING that he does in great detail as well as why! Love it.
I've went through the entire series twice now, and it's outstanding. Probably one of the best if not the best I've seen. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to use anything due to an injury. I can't wait though.
