That happens to kids more than you think. I saved my baby from falling his his face on our tile bathroom this morning because he is just standing up by himself and slipped. He should stick to crawling and work on walking on carpet, but it is hard to get through to a 9 month old. Oh well.
saw some thing similar to that last week sunday at my friend's baby's 1st birthday i was catering. one of the birthday babies (he had twins) was trying to run & then tripped. he was headed face first into the ground but the mickey mouse ballon animal he was carrying saved his front teeth. yeah mickey!
