I want to incorporate hitting a heavy bag into my cardio workout, what should I wear on my hands. bag gloves? wraps? both? the new gel wraps/gloves? I'm not looking to go pro just have some fun and not get injured. Thanks

You get what you pay for with boxing gloves. Ringside.com and titleboxing.com have an excellent selection.

they were 50$. they are fucking awesome

I have Ringside "super bag gloves" too. Excellent protection for your hands and they have held up amazingly well. Extremely good deal for the price.
