Carlos Newton is not dedicating himself to MMA as he once did. That fact is most evident in this fight with Oyama. He has never looked as bad.
Carlos has looked pretty poor since his last fight with Renzo, which he actually should have gotten the decision imo.
Somethings going on. Other interests, ventures, or just a lack of desire. He's been in this game since very early on. Perhaps it's time to retire from active fighting. Showing up for paydays in such poor condition is a good way of getting really hurt permanently.
