Francis could have used any advantage he could take but yes he would have likely got destroyed regardless.

I respect Francis and what he was trying to do, but he really should have started a bit lower in the ranks to get the experience. Jumping into boxing and fighting the 2 best heavyweights back to back was probably not the way to go.
He should have called out Fury immediately and aggressively instead of being so cordial after he spanked him in his last fight… and waited to see if he gets through Usyk.

Tyson seems like the style that can “carry” a fighter if need be. There’s so much money in all this it wouldn’t surprise me. They seem like they were buddies years ago too so I could see Fury doing him a solid to get him 2 big paydays. In spite of all this, I think the reality is that Francis just matched up well vs Fury.
