In general, it can't hurt to spar with someone like Nick, but I don't see how his style relate to Rich's at all. Regardless, I see Franklin winning this fight. If he can't then he really is nowhere near being a champion again.

I am pretty sure Nick could emulate Rich's style. He is a very skilled fighter.
