Just saw on another thread re Cabbage potentially not fighting at ROTR V marsh.
Just wonderring if the Nevada State Athletic Commission have flexed on this?
I can recall reading something to the effect of taking disciplinary action against fighters who breach NSAC stature even abroad.

A state will not normally take action prior to an infraction of their rule, except maybe to advise (in this case) the licensed fighter of potential adverse affects of their action (fighting).
