I was planning on going to the arnolds but it fell on the same day as ofssa ....i'll be at the next bjj tourny that Sudbury BJJ attends. Need more time on BJJ been focusing on wrestling and mma been out of town for a while I'll be back in the club after the fight.

Congrats to all the boys at OAMA Pat is a great Instructor and Steve Joncas is my hero for bringing BJJ to sudbury, If he see this sorry I haven't been there in a while i have some unfinish buisness in wrestling. I'll be back soon

Thanks for the post Ray. We just got home and the tournament was great. Everyone fought well and Pat deserves huge props for ensuring that everyone was so well prepared.

On a final note, I just want to wish our teammates heading to the Pan Ams in California all the best at the end of the month.

Congratulations guys!!!

I attended but tore my groin and adductor badly in my 2nd BJJ match, out for the comp, the month and missed UFC!!!

Andrew McInnes from Kombat was flawless winning the 160lb Gi and No-Gi, all matches by submission.

Well done to all who competed!!!

Gerald.

congratulations oama and all involved , keep doing what you guys do best !!!

Nice work!

geraldbb - that's too bad about groin! That's possibly one of the most annoying injuries to have as you usually fell like you're good to go and end up pulling it again. Congrats to Andrew!

Congrats again Steve! I know you've been training like an animal for this and it's paid off!

Congrats OAMA Team Renzo competitors! Keep up the great work and we'll see you at the PanAms!
