I dont think the muddy pool of HW has a definitive top ten right now. there are alot of good guys out there and will settle its self this year, assuming strikeforce can make the necessary fights happen with Fedor, Reem, and Barnett. I would put Fedor and Cain tied for first with their next fights deciding the real ruler of the heavyweight division.

Werdum was punched into oblivion by the person you have at 7th while he is the top dog, but you ask whose retarded.
You say what Fedor has done lately, but you have Overeem ranked and he has never beat a top heavyweight, and the same for Barnett. As a matter of fact Reem has NEVER fought a top 10 opponent at HW, and Barnett's last top 10 fight was in 2006 and he LOST!!!! So whose rankings are retarded.
I said I did not agree with the Fedor ranking, but if i moved him too much I would be considered a UFC shill and my valid points ignored. I have no issue ranking him highly since, even though his competition has been subpar mostly, he did demolish in PRIDE, and has defeated some solid competition in his career. His loss to Werdum hurt his mystique, as has been said repeatedly, but didnt diminish his career accomplishments.
As I stated earlier, I think the Heavyweight division is as clear as mud right now and the next year will clarify some things as far as who the top guy is. If fedor comes back and handily defeats Werdum easily, and Cain demolishes the UFC HW division we will have a clearer picture.
