Oldschool "Pressure Submission"

This is hands down the strongest pressure submission in the whole Grappling world. It is pretty old and most of you know it but for most people (me included) it was always seen a „strength move“ or „strongmen move“. Recently I worked the technique and all I can say is that it is an absolute amazing technique that will allow you to create maximum pressure with using a minimal amount of strength. how do you avoid them hooking over your face with their top leg?

Bring your face as close to theirs as you can and be aware of what they’re doing with that leg so you can swim your head if need be. Once you’ve squeezed for bit they won’t have time to do anything else before they’re panicking for air.
