Earlier this year former UFC champion and current Bellator fighter crashed his Porsche and was arrested for DUI. Today, his sentence was revealed:

Former MMA fighter Tito Ortiz copped a plea in his DUI case -- from when he drunkenly crashed his Porsche earlier this year -- and lucky for him, he won't be spending any more time behind bars.

Ortiz -- who initially plead NOT GUILTY to DUI -- agreed to change his plea to no contest, and in exchange he was sentenced to 36 months probation and ordered to enroll in an alcohol education program. He was also hit with fines.

I always tell young kids/teens it's best just not to mess with alochol. At the end of the day you just never hear anything positive come of it. Having seen what it does to others, myself, people within my family, I feel it's best just to drink period.

Disappointing news to hear from Ortiz but hopefully he learned his lesson. Drinking & Driving is not a lesson you want to have to learn the hard way. Phone Post 3.0

You never got laid cause either you were drunk and confident or the girl was drunk and open to suggestion?

If it wasn't for alcohol I'd still be a virgin!

Shlemenko was badly injured in a car wreck caused by a drunk driver a couple years ago. Tito's liver will be toast after this. I don't think he realized what he got himself into.
He's right about the rocky 4 analogy though. Tito is more of an Apollo creed than a rocky, so it still works...hopefully he lives though. Phone Post 3.0

Bellator should have put the trial on PPV for $5. That would have actually gotten viewers.

Can you imagine how amazing it would have been if he testified, or better yet, acted as his own defense?!
