Lamonte Coleman - orcus how do you not know wilcox? He has been on quite a few challenger cards as well as that playboy mansion card where he got hitup with a lightening quick armbar by ishida. He has improved a lot since that armbar, be on the lookout. JZ is the man as well and I see him locking up a guilotine on a wilcox takedown.
I do remember that sweet Ishida sub. I rarely watch the Challengers cards though.
