I don't think I can get to ten honestly, so here's top 6-7 IMO. I base it mainly of accomplishments, but potential can be used also.
1. Mayweather- obvious
2. Ward - basically cleaned out the division
3. Rigondeaux- boring as hell unless you bring the fight to him, and I don't see anyone beating him. Supposedly one of the top amateurs of all time
4. Danny Garcia - Has beat everyone in front of him convincingly. Not many left at 140 lb to face him
5. Marquez
Bradley
Pacman
I'd give the slight edge to Marquez out of the 3 because of his devastating knockout over Pacman, but he did lose a close fight to Bradley and lost(although debate able) to Pacman the other times.
Klitschko would be next
Erislandy Lara would be close also. Can box and has power.
Sergio Martinez is on his way out.

The top 3 are light years above everyone else, but the top three are:

The rest in no particular order:

Danny Garcia
Sergei Kovalev

I think Kovalev and Carl Frampton are future contenders
Didn't mean to leave Rigo out.
