Just wanted to let people in and around the York Pa area that want somewhere to train that i will be opening a PA-Grappling branch in the Yorktown Fitness Center. Classes will be beginning on June 26th from 7:30-9pm. Gi is optional but most of the training will be geared toward no-gi.
