Smith wasn't scared of Shamrock before their fight but who knows how getting your ankle/knee shredded affects you mentally.
Regardless, I would have liked to see Smith fight both Oleg and Tank.

from what i remember. and take this with a grain of salt as it's been a long time since it was discussed. it was a girl and she was 13-14. don't really recall if he forced himself on her or seduced her. but there seemed to be no question as to his guilt. but the internet wasn't like it is today. so there wasn't the amount of outrage like you would get now.
