The first time I got to see that fight was a couple of months ago. With everything I read on here, I thought it was an absolute owning on the part of Penn, but it was closer than I thought it was going to be.
Hensen/Gomi was also really, really close. I was pretty surprised to see the hometown guy and current champion not getting the nod there.

Wish Gomi and Penn would re-match. Sadly I don't think it will ever happen.

Penn was the best in the world at 155 until he decided to move up to 170 and become the best in the world at that weight.
I would love to see penn win the 170 belt, defeating GSP, Karo, and Hughes, then move up and beat Franklin.

Penn beat that ass down good. I like Gomi though and he responded like a true warrior by coming back bigger and better. It would be a good rematch, but with Penn still winning IMO.
Yeah, Penn pretty much picked Gomi apart. They are both very different fighters now, but It would probably go the same way as it did before
