ChokeEmOut - Nog has been there and done that and has slowed significantly. He came back tonight in good physical shape and seemed to move better and his punches were heavy.
It was just a good win for him for obvious reasons.
He looked slow and awful, and was rocked many times and getting lit up. The only part he looked good during was the ko.
Schaub was overhyped because he was on the show. Roy Nelson had little problem with him.

He did look a bit slower, but in all reality he's never been an extremely energetic, cage flipping kinda guy.
I'm no fan of Schuab but picked him to win unless Nog got it to the ground.. I figured the long layoff plus Nog looking like he was slowing down his last couple fights..
