Petr Yan releases a public statement!

Omalley took some hard shots and was the one coming forward at the end of the third. He’s tough.

Just rebook it for 5 rounds, there’s no way Yan will underperform in a rematch!

The UG said first leg kick from Yan & Suga was going to be tapping. So he should’ve just done that.

What about control time

Yes.

Petr Evgenyevich Yan (Russian: Пётр Евге́ньевич Я́н[6], romanized: Pyotr Yevgenyevich Yan; born 11 February 1993) is a Russian professional mixed martial artist.

I don’t see how O’Malley has very much hope against Aljo. Aljo will take him down at will and submit him

The first round is what matters since I thought each of them won a round otherwise. Yan had more significant strikes in the first, a slam and some ground control

He got robbed

This is absolutely true. O’Malley’s wrestling sucks! He can’t control where the fight goes. And his BJJ is only like purple belt level. He’s not ready for Aljo.

5 round rematch be fair

Its hard to feel bad for Yan when he was supposed to destroy O’Malley. Instead he took his foot off the gas and let the hype train live another day.

So now fight should be judged by a single strike over everything else if it causes a cut?

Yan’s team should have him fight a round before his next fight, so he doesn’t take off the 1st round! Yan takes 3 min of the 1st round making reads which kills him on decisions. I scored it 29-28 Yan

IDGAF at the end of the day and had it on a monitor and watched enough to know Yan was easily winning. The decision happens and I immediately came here to see if I was nuts because how in the fuck did he lose that fight?

So same as worstest?

Stop already with the robbery. I’m not even an O’Malley fan and that was not a robbery.

There are real world examples of true robberies in MMA. This was NOT a robbery, it was a close decision if anything
