Places to train @ Camp Pen, CA

I am an active duty Marine with some MMA/BJJ experience that would like to find a place to train while I'm out there at the end of the month. I'll only be in town for a week but I'd like to try to make some contacts if possible and just get an opportunity to roll a little bit.

I'm summoning the assistance of the UG....HELP! Time is running out.

San Diego - Throwdown or Roy Harris
Temecula/Murrieta - Team Quest

I might be wrong, but i think there is a Subfighter school on base, Rick Estrada is a great teacher (black belt, teaches no-gi) and he's got a great team up there.

Estrada??? That's my name! I'm only going to be there temporairly and may be without transpo so "On base" or Oceanside area would work best.

Where is City Heights?

Seriously, you'd be hard pressed to find a better teacher anywhere, if nothing else, at least try it once.

The Compound in Oceanside...

Subfighter is a great place to train.

Looks like City Heights is going to be a little bit of a hike but I'm going to definitely look into The Compound. I met Adam Lynn once before, a few years ago when he was at Chris Brennans place in San Clemente.

Really? We might have met, i was there training January to march 2004, my name is Kári (i'm from Iceland). Adam Lynn is an instructor at Subfighter as well, but i don't think he teaches at the pendleton branch, only at Lake Forest (not entirely sure though).
