Even if Floyd would be considered favoured by some or many, the fact still stands that neither has faced a fighter like the other.
Floyd is the best defensive boxer.
Manny is the best offensive boxer.
Both are 1-2 P4P and of the same era.
For either guy to win, they would have to pass a challenge stylistically they have not yet faced.
Even if Floyd is favoured by some/many, he still hasnt faced a guy with that much power in both hands, speed, intensity, work rate, cardio, heart, etc.....

He is so protective over the perfect record that a fight against Pac is too risky for him.
