But I don’t think any version of Cain beats the version of Werdum he lost to – sea level or not.
It’s not as if it was competitive till Cain gassed.
He had nothing for Werdum.
IMO, that version of Werdum has got to be counted among the best fighters ever in terms of absolute division/peak ability.
A BJJ expert not at all worried about the ground, with crisp, active, and damaging striking – along with excellent ring generalship – at HW.
I’m not saying that version of Werdum is the best ever.
But he’s on the short list – and above Cain IMO.

Baja Bryan - A healthy Carwin without back issues would have been an incredible force.
Powerful but not very athletic nor do his striking or grappling standout in anyway, I think Cain steamrolls him like he did Brock.

Not taking anything away from Brock, becUse that was one of his best wins IMO – but if Carwin had just paced himself a little, he probably wins that fight – and it would have been remembered as a one sided beatdown.

I can’t see being 100% confident in either outcome – and pretty sure both guys would get multiple wins if they fought 10 times.
