steak flavored shakes sounds fucking awesome!
Do not mix steak and cicken with a prrotein shake. The chemical reactions are dangerous.

I've been eating around 4-5 meals, with 2 shakes (usuallys midday, and in
the evening after training)
But I just wanted to get some opinions whether I should be investing in
more meat instead of these protein drinks...

why would anyone drink a protein shake while eating steak to begin with?

duece is correct. for gaining muscle mass you want to take in 1.5 grams of protein per pound of weight. so if you weigh 200 lbs you wanna get 300 grams of protein a day. youll never eat enough to get that much protein.. and to be honest you really dont HAVE to get that much protein, and I dont cause i dont wanna buy a tub of whey every other day. just get as much protein as you can through eating tuna, chicken, cottage cheese, etc and a few scoops of whey a day on top of that will definately help.
