Martial Arts:
The Martial Arts section will include classes in boxing, Muay Thai, wrestling, BJJ, sub wrestling as well as Vale Tudo. We have a team of fighters training as well as being the base for the Northern Cartel Fight Team sessions.
There will be the option to pay by the class, monthly or annually with single classes at just £3. Instruction is by national, european champions, Pro MMA fighters and will cater for all levels from beginner to pro fighter.
There is two matted areas (one in a private room), ring, cage, bags and other relevant equipment.
Fitness/ Conditioning:
The Fitness area includes free weights, resistance equipment and cardio machines. We have a team of fitness instructors as well as a full time personal trainer available. Fitness assessments, diet and nutrition advice and exercise programs can accessed by members.
We have already had fighters/ forums members visiting to train and hopefully more will follow when we open. More information on instructors, seminars and a report on the last weeks training with Leigh R and the Northern Cartel fight team to follow.
