I am there sometimes 2-3 classes a day.
Rick is a Great teacher and his Kickboxing is
off the hook~ and the BJJ is great too. Rick
is adding a MMA class for the fighters that are there.
Believe me this gym will have some great fighters~!

Rick has some of the slickest boxing in the game. Too bad he never figured out the legkicking part. He was a great Full Contact fighter.
