I have a question regarding ranking a 14 year old student.
The kids ranking system consists of white belt then the 4 stripes then the yellow bar then the stripes then the colored belt...
I understand the adult ranking system also, but what about in between? Should a 14 year old student with 4 stripes on his white belt go through the same yellow bar process that say a 9 year old goes through?
