Just asking if maybe a few of you vets could give me some advice. I'm going back to my hometown and i want to be able to hold my own.
I will be training with my brother for the first few months.
He is a 2nd Dan judo black belt.
Please if you could reccomend any BASIC CLINCH/THROW style videos, to drill techniques...
I'm looking for a video that can drill me on MAX like three techniques.
THREE TECHNIQUES to drill over and over and over for a couple of months.
Purely essentials.
Clinch and Hiptoss type of shit.
