Recovery from deviated septum

I've always had problems with my nose when sparring. Any little jab or brush against my nose and it'll open up like a faucet. I've got it cauterized 3 different times within 2 years.

I recently switched my ENT. The new doc told me I have a deviated septum that is pushing agianst the walls of my nose & exposing a blood vessel. He belives that's why I get the constant nose bleeds.

I'm going for surgery March 20th. I'm getting septodermoplasty done. Which uses a skin graph to cover a expose blood vessel.

How long does it take to fully heal & go back to light rolling, then to regular rolling/spar? Any one with experience?
