 anyone that rolls ever go through this procedure? anterior cervical discectomy and fusion c4-c5.



i am to undergo this procedure next week for chronic neck and shoulder nerve pain. mri shows a fragmented disc, which is like herniation, but does not heal



just wondering if anyone who practices jiu jitsu has gone through this procedure and how long it was before they resumed training.



doctor said i wouldn't lose any mobility with 1 level of fusion and would be able to resume regular activies



your experiences???
