Just wondered if anybody had any comment on the Rey Diogo mount dvd? Is it largely just subs etc from the mount or does it go into theories of control and countering escapes as well? thanks
More techniques only Gi stuff. I don?t like it too much but that?s just my opinion because I like to look more for DVDs covering the principles of a position.
