Rickson Gracie - Just like you...

Sub Phone Post

i think the cool beach music made his video cool

actually this video made me sad.

I change my comment....i did not know he was 55.

still looks amasing for a 55 years old. I feel better now.

I saw him a seminar last year. He is inspirational at 55.

Subbed for an amazing martial artist.

anyone had the chance to roll with Rickson in recent times? there was a seminar here in London on last month i believe?

Master Bater - anyone had the chance to roll with Rickson in recent times? there was a seminar here in London on last month i believe?

I read recently (on here I think) that Rickson doesn't really roll any more, just does positional stuff and that's about it. I believe his back isn't in the best shape, so that's curtailed his ability to train how he used to.

James

This is just stupid. You take a guy that has competed at the highest level most of his life and has been doing bjj since he started to walk and draw from it that it's not as good on your body as you thought? Dude, don't drink or do drugs please maintain whatever brain cells you have left because you are going to need them later in life.

Sub. Thx op Phone Post
