Yep I never could not enter the code either even after I got the app and signed in on the phone even though I’m on a pc. Paid $20. Not thrilled when I thought I could pay $5 but there was not place to enter those codes.

Oh its just when you sign up? I think I knew that and then forget. I signed up a couple years ago so that explains that.
