does anyone know the average pay rate for a massage therapist working at a pain clinic or for a physical therapist? i just got hired at a neck and back pain center, and am starting out at 12.50. this seems a little low to me. ill be doing 15 minute area specific massages as well as some other stuff (leading people through excercises, attatching electrodes, etc).

ok so what is going on is this: they are officially calling me a tech. the thing is im also a massage therapist and will be doing some of this. but they are paying me as a tech. what do you guys think? i dont want to jeapordize the job by challenging them on this unless im due for a valid pay jump.
