Rodneys 3 DVD set arrived today :) Now Ive got this and Randy DVD and Ceasar BJJ DVD - a life training material (better start training now!!!)
Delivery was relatively quick, took approx 13 days to get to UK from South Africa.
Had a quick glance thru all the dvds (like u do) and all i can say is that Rodney is mad, Id hate to recieve some of those body shots.
Quality looks good, and plenty of chapters. Cant wait to see my trainer and get working on them.
May give a quick review in the future if any one is interested.
