Running a grappling tournament

I know a bunch of you have run jiujitsu/grappling tournaments before..

what are some of the logistics for it? Insurance? Does getting authorized through USA Wrestling make a difference? Does CSAC have to be involved?

Any good software for running the brackets?

Any other logistical items that pop up?

Get a bunch of your teammates to be lackies in the reffing, bracket monitoring time/score keeping.
