Just letting you know that Sam Lumpini is back in town and will be having a seminar on Oct.17 and 18 in Toronto. For those of you who don't know Sam, he was a former Savate and European Kickboxing champion who also fought pro Muay Thai. He was the owner of a Muay Thai gym called "Lumpini Stadium" in Scarborough a few years back. He's branched out into the Krav Maga, but his approach is to incorporate the training methods of combat sports into the self-defense. Should be a good time.
