The wife is moving down to San An around July 1, and we need to find her a good Boxing/Muay Thai program. She is not interested in sparring, but basically wants a fighters workout minus the glove work.
Looking for lots of cardio, BW exercises, and pad work.
She knows her basic punches, kicks, and combos. She's also a good pad holder. She doesn't hold Thai Pads well, but she does know how to work off of them.
