I think a great idea would be to start a Kentuckiana BJJ Federation/Confederation.It would be nice to see us all unite to promote BJJ in the area.
brazilian ground judo is good stuff.imho.

The first is illegal under normal Judo rules.
The second is solid basic Judo.
