Leo Dalla has a Woodbridge location. It's about a 15 min drive from there.

Art Corvelay - The Lab, Fredericksburg--15 miles south
Leo Dalla, Woodbridge--12-15 miles north

Both have guys competing in mma and grappling, and Black Belt instruction.

Chad Lebrun at The Lab is fantastic. A good friend of my instructor and I've always learned when I've been around him.

Dalla is his instructor and he says great things about him as well.
