Scott, Question

Scott, I don't know if you remember, but a few weeks before Fisticuffs was released, I shared my exp. with weapons training. How over a 9 year period I was sometimes able to slip into a zone where consious thought would not be required to parry, riposte or counter attack or any other motion- it all was just obviously there (this is with swords, sticks, axes and staffs). You said you couldn't answer until after the release of Fisticuffs since it dealt with this type of training. So, how does one trigger this state and is there any way to shorten a 9 year learning curve?

thanx

Bobstra,

Excellent website. The articles found there are very similar to the ideas Scott presents in his new video series. Very complimentary.

Happy Training,
