Sean’s sparring sessions are entertaining as fuck. He’s a throwback type of sparring partner, not afraid of anything. I witnessed some of his spars at Team Quest and they were brutal wars

If someone gets him to wiff a parry and throws a hard hook, it’s the kryptonite. But I’m sure he’s working on that. It’s not like he got KO’d by some scrub, Alex is one of the best strikers alive at that weight.

I think a late stage cross guard after he wiffs that right parry could solve the thing Alex caught him with. Easier said than done of course.
