He had a nearly empty bottle of tequila and a gun in the car during a global quarantine lock down. The man has some serious mental issues.
He could have done this in a nice separate apartment away from family that he can afford for days like this yet he chose to hop in the car and drink in the car a full bottle of hard alcohol. That's not normal or even enjoyable. This is his way of showing everyone that he still has his demons. He is crying for help.

I think it's his ego 100%. All the drugs and alcohol are just him believing he can do what he wants without consequences. He feels the rules dont apply to him because of how great he is. His ego is his biggest problem.
Sad part is, this wont be the last time. He will be forgiven and he will say he's sorry and he will repeat this cycle over and over again until he loses everything for real. Then he will change, not by choice, but because reality forced him too.
Dana and the UFC will slap him on the wrist again and make him go to a program. He'll fight again and we'll be talking about this all over again in about a year.

Dont know where this idea of him thinking the rules dont apply to him comes from. That doesnt translate into thebr self destructive issues he's had. He has everything in the world to lose yet cant keep from making the same mistakes over and over again. If you've known an alcoholic or drug addict then you've seen this type of behavior plenty of times. The man has demons, that's the simplest way to explain it.

He's just a fuck up. Everybody knows somebody like that, somebody that's just incapable of not being a fuck up. My cousin is just such a fuck up, he's spent the last 20 years in prison, over stupid bullshit that's so easy to avoid. It was never one big thing, he'd just do a couple years, then as soon as he'd get out, within a couple months he would do something retarded and would be back in for a few more years. It's impressive how long being a super talented athlete has kept him out for. Typically it's just one thing after another with somebody like that.

And yes, most of the fuck ups I'm speaking of are drug addicts too. Honestly though, a lot of times I feel like the drug or alcohol addiction is secondary, and another just another product of them being a fuck up. Obviously some non fuck ups end up being ruined by drugs and alcohol too.

He’s also surrounded by people who are feeding him BS. Telling him what to say.

Might he have mental health issues? Maybe. But he might also just be stupid. I’ve never seen a single thing out of his actions or words that leads me to believe he’s anything but less than average intelligence. Some people are just not smart.
