How would you go about setting up the overhand right, both defensively and offensively, for both amateur boxing and MMA?

How about dipping under a jab and throwing the overhand right?

if you are the type of person that steps with their jab, then you can immediately throw the overhand after the jab. I know that's kind of obvious
