seminars are $125 which will include a package (t-shirt, signed photo, XFC & VAS vouchers etc..) 3.5hr -4hr each being individual/unique.
Can do 2 seminars for $200-
It is REALLY good value.

That is very cool. I doubt I'll make it up though (I'm probably going up to Melbourne for the Pan Pacs in December, which eats up my travel budget for a few months)
If we go to both, do we get one or two packages?
Hope I can get there myself, I’m waiting on a roster change at work but it certainly would be an awesome opportunity to meet and train with a living legend of MMA. Franks fight against Enson Enoui (spelling?) won him my respect on its own. Would also be a fantastic opportunity to ask him questions on fight diets and strength and conditioning training cause he certainly put the work in there as well.
We have been speaking to VAS and it looks like they may sign Integrateds No.1 fighter in Danny Higgins. The VAS Team seem very professional with huge ideas for there future involvement and the development of Australian MMA.
