He won that fight, no question, but it was not a champion caliber performance.
If it is a weight issue he should move up and fight at 185, but he looked bad, and I definitely didn't have him winning the third just because he finished stronger. He controlled last minute and a half and Kamp controlled the first 3 1/2 of the third. I had it 2-1 for Shield but Kampmans few minutes of control were more exciting. Put him in with Fitch first if he can win in the cage vs fitch. Then give him the shot.
Kos is fighting GSP next and will be the champ. So JAke can fight GSP for the right to fight Kos.
And sorry keepthechange but Hardy was KTFO last week so he isn't fighting for the title anytime
